Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher.
Provide tailored support to students across all abilities, ensuring their academic and personal development.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities in line with the curriculum.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure smooth day-to-day classroom operations.
Support children with SEN or additional needs as required.
Requirements: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments.
Passion for education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
Previous experience working with primary-aged students is essential.
