Position Details: Role : Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location : Bradford (various primary schools) Type : Supply – flexible days available Start Date : Immediate or January start available Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons and cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
Work with small groups and 1:1 to support targeted interventions and help students meet learning objectives.
Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs.
Support teachers in managing behaviour, assessing progress, and providing feedback to students and staff.
What We're Looking For: Qualified HLTA with proven experience in primary education.
Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to work with pupils across all primary stages.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable approach to classroom management.
Passion for fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
