Role Overview: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Croydon We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.
The successful candidate will be looking after a group of Children of 5 Children with SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Croydon Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing support to teachers and students.
Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and help with specific educational needs.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Promote positive behavior and a safe, engaging learning environment.
Support the inclusion of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Ability to commute to Croydon Qualifications and Skills: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Croydon Experience Teaching Assistant /LSA or relevant qualifications Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational frameworks.
Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably in a mainstream environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
