Job summary We are recruiting for Clinical Support Workerswho share our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide a high standard of patient care.
You must be 18+ to undertake this post.
Assessments will take place on Wednesday 29th January 2025, if you are successful you will be invited back for your interview.

Main duties of the job The ideal candidate will be: Kind and caringFriendly and approachableAble to follow instruction and procedures in line with Trust PolicyAble to demonstrate using own initiativeBe flexible Some of the responsibilities within the role of Clinical Support Worker are: Communicating with patients Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife Washing / dressing patients Taking patients physiological observations Making beds and cleaning bed areas Serving meals and assisting feeding patients Talking / listening to patients To find out further details about the role please visit our Trust Clinical Support worker page - The Trust can also offer you a flexible career approach to learning which comprises of a "step on" and "step off" option.
This is a training post, while applicants must undertake 16 months apprenticeship.
Applicants will be invited to take part in an maths & english assessment, this is in person and will be held on Wednesday 29th January 2025.
We have vacancies that cut across all our divisions, which include planned and unplanned.
All Clinical Support Workers are based on Hospital Wards / Departments and will be working Days, Nights, Weekends and Bank Holidays.
