Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to gather, define, and document system requirements.
- Ensure that these requirements align with the project goals.
- Manage and prioritise changes to requirements, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
- Integrate requirements into the overall systems engineering process for effective communication across teams.
- Effectively use the relevant requirements management tools to organize, track, and ensure traceability of requirements.
- Analyse and validate requirements for completeness, feasibility, and quality.
- Provide insights during design reviews to evaluate the impact of requirements on system architecture and functionality.
- Participate in meetings to help shape project direction with your expertise.
- Keep documentation organized according to procedures and industry best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in requirements management.
- Experience of working on and seeing through the completion of complex systems engineering projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of the latest requirements management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively validate system requirements.
