Hours: 4 days on, 6 days off (with sleep nights).
We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
Rotas given in advancePay rate: £39,762 to £44,208 per annum,*  including opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rateEsland are driven to changing children's' lives for the better by providing the best-in-class specialist services.
What we are looking for:We are looking for experienced, nurturing and dedicated individuals, who can provide an outstanding level of childcare and allow our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.
Peak View is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support.
Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment.
Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

*Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £13.30 to £15.20 per hour for days (depending on qualifications held) and working 12 sleep-nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night)What we are looking for: A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care homeA level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or be close to completion)A Full driving licence issued in the UKA keen interest in outdoor and adventure activitiesApplicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictionsIn depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice Training and experience in de-escalation, safe restraint and physical intervention (such as Team Teach, MAPA etc.
