The Role: - Set up, plan and carry out rigorous tests on electro-mechanical high-tech products within the portfolio - Document and report quality data to tight time frames, presenting across a variety of formats - Support the generation of test data - Continuous development of SOPs - Act as a senior member of the team, supporting with training of new team members - Customer support - Process improvement - Interface in a cross-disciplinary R&D environment with project and departmental leads About You: - 3+ Years' experience working as a Technician in R&D, within a high-tech industry, with an electro-mechanical skill set - Able to write technical test reports to a high standard - Data-oriented mindset - Analytical and methodical - Problem solver - Enjoys working in an R&D environment - Great interpersonal skills Benefits: - Salary of up to £32,500 - perhaps more if you tick all the boxes!
