(High Salary) Repair Gang

Company Description We operate a repairs and maintenance division within the business and service commercial customers on various small works and repairs nationally.
We have gradually progressed this side of the business and are now in a position where we can sustain a permanent gang on these works.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a competent and diverse skilled repair/maintenance gang and will involve travel as we do operate nationally.
The work involves various roof disciplines which include bituminous, single ply, liquids, GRP, slating/ tiling, leadworks, standing seam and green roofs.

The Repair Gang will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance tasks as required with some survey works and digital forms to fill in along with site pics.

Qualifications - Experience in construction, repair, or maintenance work of various coverings and cladding - Good customer care and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must be able to adopt practical solutions to overcome problems - Driving Licence required
