This role would suit a Senior Marketing Exec or insight specialist or sales and marketing specialist with a huge passion for insight and data and looking to focus their career on their next role and carve out a successful career in a business committed to helping them grow.
This role sits within a marketing function but focuses on analysing a broad range of sales and marketing data.
This is a full-time perm role with a salary of £35k-£40k DOE.
Our client is offering hybrid working and so this role will be onsite 2 or 3 days per week.

The Role As Insight Analyst you will be joining an established marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working on a range of projects.
The focus of this newly created role is to bridge the gap between marketing campaign, creative, data and sales and will involve looking at a range of campaign data and research, looking for stories in the data and using this to come up with actionable insights that the team can use.
Your focus is to look at what else the business can be doing, why and how.
All focused on driving business growth.
You will be working across a range of marketing and sales data including different databases.
About You - You may be working in a generalist marketing role currently or be focused on data and insight but most importantly you will be looking to focus your career and experience in the insight space and looking for an opportunity to do this - Working with the marketing team and wider business to look at campaign results, interrogating the data to look at campaign performance and taking insights and learning based on this - You will have experience in analysing sales data, looking at customer buying behaviours and making suggestions based on this data for future improvement and growth - A passion for research and always looking for new opportunities - Able to give recommendations on what the business needs to do next focused on what, why and how - A commercial mindset but also creative - Experience in collecting and analysing data from different sources and able to identify trends and opportunities within marketing and sales activity - Experience using different databases - Track performance and report on effectiveness and able to work across different systems - Conduct research to identify industry trends, behaviours and new technologies - Competitor research - Use customer and wider data to segment and profile target audience - Experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI This is a great role for someone who is already working in a marketing insight role OR someone who is currently in a broad marketing role but has the above experience and wants an opportunity to further niche into this area.
