Job Title: Family Legal Secretary Salary: c£26,000 Location: Canterbury Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm who have recently opened a new office in Canterbury.
We are seeking a highly motivated and career driven Legal Secretary to join a busy Family law team.
You will have the opportunity to work with a highly reputable team while being given the framework to develop your own career.
Duties include: - Providing full legal support to one fee earner - Diary management - Onboarding new clients and carrying out KYC checks - Preparing letters and emails - Digital dictation - Billing - Dealing with correspondence and ensuring all correspondence and documents are accurately filed in the case management system The successful candidate will have: - Commercial experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Family Law team - Basic understanding and application of Family Law - Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Package: - c£26,000 - 25 days annual leave - Excellent pension scheme - Legal Services benefits - Flexible working - Free on-site parking If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration.
