Teaching Personnel have an Opportunity working with a large school located in the Braintree area.
The School are looking for a (HLTA) High Level Teaching Assistant who believe in giving 11-16 pupils the tools and opportunities to create the lives they want for themselves.

Key duties: Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils according to the school's policies, including safeguarding and PREVENT Under the guidance of a teacher, implement learning activities and experiences, appropriate to the class group, by supporting the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum aiming at pupils achieving their full potential in all areas of learning Establish a positive relationship with pupils in order to support them in feeling safe and enabling them to enjoy and learn.
Work with the children and support their learning, providing further explanation where needed, and work towards Under the guidance of the Teacher, help collate evidence and information that supports pupils' attainment and progress.
Participate in the evaluation of learning activities.
Provide meaningful feedback on pupil attainment and progress.
Support the teacher in monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting pupils' progress according to the school's policies in order to monitor and foster pupils' progress in all areas of learning.
Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher GCSE pass above C (or 4 in the new GCSE system) in English and Maths Directions: The School is located in the Braintree area, situated remotely.
