Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a High-End Hi-Fi Sales Consultant at Martins Hi-Fi in Norwich.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on high-end audio products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role involves consulting with customers, demonstrating product features, and facilitating sales transactions.
Qualifications Sales Consulting, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills Customer Service and Consulting experience Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Knowledge of high-fidelity audio equipment and technology Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles Ability to work well in a team and independently Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus
