Hillcrest is an innovative and expanding housing association and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Income Management Team.
The RoleYou will be the first point of contact for tenants wishing to discuss their rent, arrears and other debts, and you will provide advice on arrears and tenancy matters.
You will be responsible for managing rent arrears cases, and will work as part of a team to ensure effective debt recovery with the aim of maximising Hillcrest's income.
