Job Title: HGV Trainer Location: England, Greater London, Walthamstow Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Logistics, Procurement, Distribution and Supply Chain Secondary Industry: FMCG Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Job Description Job Duties: Deliver comprehensive training programmes to HGV drivers Design and develop training materials and resources Conduct assessments and evaluations of driver performance Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to improve their skills Maintain accurate training records and documentation Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practises Required Qualifications: Valid HGV driving licence Proven experience as an HGV driver Previous experience in delivering training programmes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HGV driving and training Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of HGV regulations and safety standards Ability to effectively communicate complex information Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and training software Preferred Qualifications: CPC qualification Experience in the FMCG industry Working Conditions: Working hours may vary and include weekend, nights or evenings Exposure to outdoor environments and vehicle workshops TPBN1_UKTJ
