HGV TECHNICIAN TEAM LEADER OTE: £47,500pa HGV Technician Job Details Basic Salary: £42,484pa Working Hours: Week 1 - Monday-Friday - 07:00-15:00 Week 2 - Monday-Friday - 15:00-23:00 & Saturday 08:00-12:00 (at overtime rate) Location: Peterborough 40 Hour Contract Overtime - Time and a Half Monday-Saturday & Double Pay Sundays and Bank Holidays worked Responsibilities of an HGV Technician Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Working closely with the team to create high levels of morale and focus to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and with excellence in quality.
Maximising the shifts performance through effective problem solving, coaching & development.
