Job Description for the HGV Trailer Sales Manager / Trailer Sales Manager / Used Truck Sales Manager / HGV Sales Manager / Trailer Sales Specialist / HGV Sales Specialist / Used Trailer Business Development Manager / HGV Business Development Manager: Deliver the used trailer sales results in line with the business plan Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships Deliver customer satisfaction within area of responsibility Handle customer complaints and issues Maintain the existing stock list, keeping stocking days to a minimum Control costs and expenses Follow up on KPIs and where necessary take corrective actions.
