Role: HGV Night Shift Technician Salary: £55kpa // £23.50ph Hours: 6:00pm to 6:00am (4 on 4 off) Location: Reading Key Responsibilities Conduct major and minor repairs on heavy goods vehicles, trailers, and other vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tyre rotation, and inspections.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and manage inventory.
Collaborate with repair teams to diagnose and plan vehicle repairs.
Complete necessary documentation, warranty claims, and maintain accurate records.
Provide emergency roadside repair services as needed.
Requirements Minimum Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Mechanical Engineering qualification.
Previous experience as an HGV technician with a solid technical foundation.
Confident using technology and diagnostic tools.
