Job Description HGV Class One Driver / General Operative - Night's Out will be required, mainly all week - Moffet Work - Trafford Park - 5 Years Experience Required \n Temporary to Permanent (After 12 Weeks) \n Shift: Monday to Friday, 0330-0600 start \n \n 40 hours minimum per week - (based on 5 weekdays).
Plenty of overtime available & required, both during the week and at the weekend.
\n \n This work is not a general driver role, this is extremely varied and will involve physical labour.
It can involve installing concrete barriers, gates, temporary fencing and trackway, along with working in the storage yard as and when required.
Nights out will be involved, and you will be trained on a Moffett.
Some instructions are quite precise for delivery and installation of barriers, fencing and gates at vacant sites so diligence is a must.
\n \n Once Perm: \n Rates (Dependant on service) \n \n £17 per hour for the first 6 months of permanent employment - for weekdays.
\n After the initial 6 months it increases to £18 per hour - for weekdays (*enhanced rate of £20.50 per hour for any hours worked after 2000hrs and before 0600hrs).
\n £19.50-20.50 per hour on Saturdays.
\n £22-23 per hour on Sundays.
\n Paid break.
\n Night out allowance £28.00.
\n 28 days holiday per year with holiday pay based on previous average earnings.
\n \n For all of 2024-2025 this company has offered an additional 12 bonus days off with pay based on basic pay, giving a total of 40 days off per annum.
These are granted if the job is completed to an acceptable standard every month.
This benefit may be extended into future years based on business circumstances at the time.
\n \n For employees who reach 2 years or more there is also an additional long service payment of £50 per week.
\n \n What we need from you: \n \n HGV Class One Licence \n In Date CPC & Digi \n No more than 3 points, no IN, DD or DR penalty codes.
