*Job Summary:* We have an opportunity for a personable, skilled, experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Hiab Driver to join our client.
you will be responsible for transporting agricultural materials to various industrial and commercial locations, ensuring the professional, safe and timely delivery of products.
The role is initially temporary, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role.
Paid weekly in arears *Duties:* - Safely operate a class 2 vehicle with HIAB - Load and unload cargo as needed - Plan routes and ensure on-time deliveries - Excellent customer care when dealing with clients face to face - Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage - Remain professional and well presented at all times - Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times In addition to the above, you maybe required to help out in the yard with the day to day tasks including stock rotation, loading and unloading.
FLT licence would be an advantage but is not essential *Skills:* - Valid Class 2 driver's license with no more than 3 points - Proven experience as a Class 2 HIAB or similar - Excellent knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols - Ability to operate various types of trucks and navigate different terrains - Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines - Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading of cargo If you are a skilled HGV Class 2 HIAB operator looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
