Hgv Class 1 Driver

We are currently seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our growing team in Preston.
This role involves trunking, multi-drop deliveries, and collections , ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods across the UK.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles for deliveries and collections.
Ensure all loads are secure and comply with safety regulations.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Adhere to all driving laws and regulations, including tachograph and WTD rules.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Complete necessary paperwork and delivery documentation.
Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Minimum 1-year experience driving Class 1 vehicles (preferred but not essential; we welcome applications from new drivers).
Strong knowledge of UK roads and transport regulations.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
What We Offer: Competitive salary with the opportunity for overtime and bonuses.
Ranging from £14.50 up to £22.00 depending on either day or nights these are rates up to 40 hours with increases after.
