Evoke Staffing are seeking experienced and reliable Class 1 and 2 drivers to join our client in the Pachway area, for the right person this can be an ongoing booking.
The drivers we are looking to recruit need to be reliable and flexible with a good work attitude.
You will be responsible for the delivering of goods into distribution centres across the UK.
Depending on the clients requirements the day shifts start times can be between 5:00-8:00 am and even shifts can be from 15:00-18:00.
Flexibility on job destinations as every day can be different.
*Responsibilities* * Safely and efficiently operate a Class 1/ 2 vehicle to transport goods * Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment * Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations * Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance * Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance * Follow delivery schedules and routes provided *Qualifications* * Hold a valid Class 1/2 License Digi and CPC * Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver * Familiarity with driving regulations and safety standards * Ability to drive long hours and travel long distances * Excellent organisational and time management skills If this role sounds of interest to you, then send over your cv with all relevant experience to ****** INDHGV Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: £13.00-£22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week Benefits: * Flexitime * Free parking * On-site parking Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Overtime * Weekend availability Experience: * Delivery driver experience: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * CPC and Digi Card (required) * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: INDHGV
