HGV Class 2 Drivers HGV Class 2 Drivers Location - Harlow AM & PM Shifts Rate - £19 to £20 per hour Must have 2 years plus driving experience PAYE OnlyA leading international haulage company, primarily serving the retail clothing and accessories sector is seeking experienced and skilled drivers to operate out of its main transport hub located in Harlow.
The Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated retail locations within London and the South -East of England region.
Key activities will include delivering and collecting cages from high street retailers and NHS Trusts.
Responsibilities Operate and drive primarily HGV Class 2 commercial vehicles.
Transport goods and materials from one location to another Ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenanceRequirements Possess a valid UK HGV C or CE driving licence with the appropriate cards such as CPC and Tacho Cards Proven two years UK C or CE experience as a working truck driver Ability to load and upload cages to and from vehicle safely Excellent driving record with no major endorsements and a maximum of 6 points.
