Helpdesk Support Advisor

Salary £24,380 | Hybrid Working | Attractive Benefits Package Our client, a leading tech company is seeking an Helpdesk Support Advisor to join their operation based in Exeter.
The successful candidate will work in a supportive Technical Support environment.
Helpdesk Support Advisor responsibilities include: - Provide 1st line support across multiple sites and users across UK & Europe Resolve all service and user requests end to end Ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and expectation Maintain and build customer relationships Helpdesk Support Advisor requirements include: - At least 1 year's 1st/2nd line helpdesk support experience would be desirable but candidates with a relevant qualification looking to start their career will also be considered Good communication skills Works well under pressure in a busy environment IT Literate Happy to work on a shift rota pattern (7am to 3pm | 9am to 5pm | 1pm to 9pm) Helpdesk Support Advisor benefits include but are not limited to: Hybrid Working (home working on a Monday and Friday as well as when on the early and late shifts) Company Pension scheme Excellent training and career growth Company Incentive Scheme Please note that this position will involve shift patterns between the hours of 7am and 9pm.
Shifts are confirmed at least 4 weeks in advance.
A good balance of hybrid working is available for the successful candidate and the opportunity to achieve a 1.5/2 x rate of pay for weekend and bank holiday shifts.
