Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM FM is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator on a full time, permanent basis to support school & commercial projects in the South West but based at Blaise High School, Bristol.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year.
Start between 7.30am and 9am - End between 4.30pm and 6pm - Monday to Friday In addition to an attractive salary we offer a significant benefits package, contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), gym subsidy, BAM social club membership and many more exciting benefits.

Your mission •    Issue tasks to site teams/mobile engineers and monitor each task through to completion.
•    Provide administration support to the projects and local FM team.
•    Provide quotes to our clients for extra works and raising purchase order to our sub-contractors.
•    Provide information and take bookings from internal and external customers for sports and room facilities.
•    Be the first point of contact via the telephone and e-mail for our clients.
Who are we looking for?
•    A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills •    Strong organisational skills •    A positive and flexible approach to work •    Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office  •    Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential •    The ability to work as part of a team •    Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check What's in it for you?
