This role will give a candidate a fantastic opportunity to be involved in developing the use of newly designed dementia corners.
This role will support the ward with providing 1:2:1 care for patients with complex needs.
Candidate will be expected to support the ward in clinical capacity with HCA duties.
Main duties of the job Successful candidate will have a pivotal role in setting up group and individual activities for patients and much more.
The post holder will receive support from our dedicated team and have access to our community practice development sister.
