Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and communicative Content Moderator to join our team focused on the Hebrew market.
As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our platform remains a safe environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content according to community guidelines.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (with relocation support for international moves) Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate user-generated videos, comments, links, and other content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Tag and escalate content that violates policies, ensuring appropriate action is taken promptly.
Monitor platform activity to prevent the spread of offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content.
Collaborate with a global team to uphold content quality and maintain platform integrity.
Operate on a rotational shift basis to provide 24/7 moderation coverage.
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow predefined guidelines meticulously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Comfortable with exposure to sensitive content including violence, explicit language, and fake news.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary: EUR 1751.40 monthly gross salary with Christmas and holiday bonuses, food allowance, and private health insurance.
EUR 1465.51 monthly gross salary with room allowance, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance.
Training: Comprehensive 15-day training program (8 hours per day) conducted in English.
