What is the job?
Are you an experienced machine operative looking to join one of the UK's leading renewables companies?
Assisting in the processing of waste wood, you'll be pivotal in continuing Seras' success as the UK's number one supplier of biomass fuel!
We have long-term contracts in place to supply nearly 2 million tonnes of fuel to Energy Recovery Facilities, generating renewable energy equivalent to the annual domestic electricity needs of 2% of the UK population!
Shift Pattern: 4on 4off Key Responsibilities Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed by reporting of any accidents/near misses.
Ensuring company procedures, policies and protocells are followed in relation to environmental and quality responsibilities.
Working towards daily production KPI's with team members.
Operation of driving machinery in a safe and efficient manner, following appropriate training and sign off.
Responsible for ensuring traffic management processes are adhered to, to enable the safe operation of site.
Competent to train others.
Responsible for quality of product for customer specification.
Daily machine checks.
Loading vehicles.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Desirable Computer literate First aid trained CITB Loading shovel certificate Why work for us?
