What were looking for: Qualified in Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) Proven experience in ASHP installations, with a strong technical background Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior installers Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence Package: Salary : £50,000 per annum Van and fuel card Quarterly bonus 22 days holiday Occasional night away (hotels paid for and £50 a night stays away bonus) Training and progression routes.
