The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems across the site.
This role involves a broad range of activities, from hands-on technical work to complex engineering tasks, supporting the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Key Responsibilities: System Design and Engineering: Develop and review HVAC system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Perform engineering calculations and simulations to optimize system performance.
Installation and Commissioning: Oversee or participate in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and integrated.
Conduct commissioning tests to verify system functionality and performance.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including preventative and corrective tasks to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Project Management: Plan and manage HVAC-related projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate HVAC systems into the overall plant infrastructure.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all HVAC work complies with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Conduct quality assurance checks and audits to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.
Maintain accurate records of designs, modifications, and repairs for future reference.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and site personnel to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
