Job summary The beauty of working as part of our temporary staffing team is that you will have the option to work in different areas of the Trust, gaining experience in different specialities and working with an array of skilled professionals.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Completed Care Certificate (Health Education England) Desirable Vocational qualification at Level 2 in Health or Health Social Care or equivalent ( 2nd or 3rd year student nurse) Experience Essential At least 6 months clinical experience in an acute setting within last 2 years.
Knowledge of personal patient care and related procedures.
Understands the need for strict confidentiality.
Effective communication ability, particularly with patients and their relatives/carers.
Able to plan and prioritise own workload as delegated by and under the direction of registered nurses and able to report patient condition to senior staff.
Able to follow policies and protocols Able to undertake routine personal care duties, referring to supervisor where necessary.
Able to demonstrate an empathetic and caring approach to patients and relatives and respect patient dignity at all times.
Ability to work within own boundaries within a team.
Able to use IT systems.
