What you will do:This exciting Healthcare Support Worker opportunity has arisen within the Discharge Lounge for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team.
The lounge is an area where medically stable patients can be transferred to await discharge back to the community.
You will provide support to the team, patients and family and contribute to the coordination of the running of the lounge.
You will be expected to work closely with the Discharge Team Leader alongside the Discharge Registered Nurse.
