Overview Healthcare Partnership ManagerLeicester Territory: Leicester, Coventry, Warwick, Northampton & South Yorkshire A great opportunity based with a mid-sized and growing pharmaceutical company who are looking for an experience Sales professional/Healthcare Development Manager to join an established team.
The role will work within Respiratory/Allergy and will primarily be responsible for supporting and driving business growth across the given territory through developing relationships with core customers and stakeholders.
Core responsibilities: • Managing and driving your own business plan focused on key accounts to gain formulary status.• Developing key account plans, ensuring uptake of products/brands once formulary status has been achieved.• Working with key customers and stakeholders across primary & secondary care settings as well as at payor level.
• Ensuring that all sales targets are met within the allocated territory.
It is essential that all applicants are ABPI qualified and can demonstrate strong pharmaceutical sales experience across both primary and secondary care.
You must also: • Have demonstrable achievements and a solid understanding of the formulary inclusion process.• Ideally have worked within either Respiratory and/or Allergy.
• Be able to identify and develop relationships with key influencers, stakeholders and KOLs.• Show evidence of selling to, and working with, medicines optimisation to drive switches which will be a key objective of this role.
