Job Structure: Full Time/Part Time Job Schedule: Night ShiftsSalary Information:Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, aligned with AFC BAND 2 £23,615 pro-rated, plus enhancementsMandatory Requirement: You must live within Oxfordshire or just outside the county border.
You must hold a driving license and own or have use of a car to travel to patient homesWhat were looking for: A minimum of six months of recent care delivery experience in a Health or Social Care Environment providing care and caring for dying patients.
National Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an acceptable alternative qualification.
Desirable not Essential Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them.
Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important to them.
Thorough understanding of the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual domains of palliative care.
Proven understanding the barriers and enablers to good communication and how challenges can be overcome.
Emotional strength and the ability to work on your own.
