This role is based in Stevenage and comes with a hourly rate of £15-£17 per hour.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £15 per hour plus £2 enhancement for nights and weekends.

As a Health Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for: Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintaining a safe working environment.
Checking vehicles and equipment before journeys.
Leading the staffing team when transferring informal patients.
Safeguarding the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public.
Promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
Ensuring accurate communication with patients and staff.

Must be able to drive Experience in primary care and mental health settings.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
