Whether you have experience in complex care or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a woman in her 20s in Mansfield.Our service user takes pride in her appearance and loves getting her nails painted and wearing her favourite outfits.
She enjoys sensory based activities and spending time out in the community with her family and care team, especially trips out in her adapted van.Your role?
To meet her personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage her clinical interventions throughout the night.
Youll ensure her comfort and safety, and create a calm, soothing environment for sleep.This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on a person's life.Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Main duties of the job Pay Rates: £ - £ per hour Approx.
