Senior Care Assistant Role: We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant in our Complex Care Division.
As a Senior Carer your role would involve working night shifts in our South Kent division, in the locations of Deal, Folkestone, Ashford and New Romney.
You work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a permanent contract, as well as the option of overtime.
We are looking for carers who are keen to work full-time hours however part-time roles are offered.
The training you will receive: We will provide paid classroom-based training when you join us, with paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision provided by our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
Additional paid training is also provided to meet client-specific needs.
We support Senior Carers who want to grow their skills and progress within the company.
When you join us, you'll receive: Competitive rates of pay – £16.45-£18.80 per hour £32.90 per hour for bank holiday work.
Paid mileage of 45p per mile over 20 miles from your home.
Permanent contract.

SHCMDA Responsibilities Supporting a variety of clients over the South of Kent on a 1-1 basis.
Supporting clients with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, long term disabilities.
Supporting clients over night with clinical interventions, ensuring they are comfortable.
Building relationships with the clients, their families and the regular care team.
