We are seeking a dedicated Heathcare Assistant ready to take the next step up to be a Senior Healthcare Assistant / Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Fareham.

As a Healthcare Assistant , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, providing support, supervision, and guidance to our care team.
Key Responsibilities of the Healthcare Assistant Role Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support.
Oversee and support junior care assistants, ensuring care plans are followed.
Conduct and document regular assessments of residents' needs and preferences.
Maintain clear, accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
Requirements for the Healthcare Assistant Role NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a care role, ideally in a senior or supervisory position.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
