Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Carers, Support Workers , and Care Assistants in Crawley to join a dedicated team supporting a young male client with complex care needs in their family home.
As a Care Assistant, you'll join our dedicated complex care team, working alongside another care assistant to provide 2:1 support for our client.
Your role will help them live independently, safely, and happily in their family home.
Full-time and part-time hours are available, with the option of a fixed or flexible rota, as well as opportunities for overtime.

Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing support from our in-house team of nurse managers, field care supervisors, and the wellbeing team.
If a client's needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support the client's needs and develop your own skills.
Role Overview: As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in our client's daily life, providing essential support including: Administering medication Supporting with PEG feeds Supporting with behaviours which may challenge Providing personal care Assisting with moving and handling Shift Patterns: Additional shifts are available locally around Crawley for drivers with availability.
Day shifts: 8:00am – 20:00pm (from £14.30 per hour) Waking nights: 20:00pm – 8:00am (from £15.40 per hour) Who are Superior Healthcare?

CHCCRAW Responsibilities To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required.

Requirements Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
Experience supporting complex care clients.
