Health Visitor

Job Title: Health Visitor – Children's Universal Health Service Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for experienced Health Visitors to join the Children's Universal Health Service team in Milton Keynes.
This is a full-time role offering competitive rates and an opportunity to deliver vital community-based health services.
Key Responsibilities Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, providing universal core services and targeted interventions to improve health outcomes for families in the local community.
Undertake family health needs assessments and create care plans to address health inequalities.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic care for children and their families.
Identify and address safeguarding concerns, attending child protection meetings as needed.
Provide leadership and support to a skill-mixed team, promoting professional development.
Deliver health promotion programmes, facilitate group work, and ensure effective health screenings.
Position Details: Location: Milton Keynes (with potential travel within the area as required) Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Rates: Weekday Rate: £30.00 per hour Saturday Rate: £35.00 per hour Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.00 per hour Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available Requirements: Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC registration and SCPHN qualification.
Proven experience working with families and children to improve health outcomes.
Strong safeguarding knowledge and multi-agency collaboration skills.
Proficient in IT systems such as Systmone and Microsoft Teams.
Must have the ability to meet the travel requirements of the post.
