I am delighted to be working with a construction subcontractor who specialise in the installation of specialist equipment, on the appointment of a Health & Safety Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will be to lead and manage all aspects of the health and safety of the business, including carrying out site inspections and audits to identify potential risks.
You will work to develop and implement health and safety policies and provide ongoing training and awareness on health and safety issues.
Working with an existing senior leadership team, you will have full support in developing and leading your own health and safety strategy and policy and implementing it accordingly.
You will work with both site-based staff and end clients to ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to and met.
In the long term, there will be a plan for the team to grow, and you will have the opportunity to develop and grow your own team.

You will have at least a NEBOSH (CMIOSH would be preferable, but not essential).
You will have experience of working to ISO 45001 standards and have experience operating across and managing health and safety across multiple sites.
