It's a fast-paced environment and we are seeking a hands-on HSE advisor who can build relationships at all levels and continue to drive the safety culture.This is a critical role where you will support innovative projects and initiatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
They are seeking dynamic HSE professional to join the Plant Management team and contribute to achieving group objectives.The HSE Advisor Role:Support and guide on various site HSE mattersBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the site, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practiceEnsure all HSE training needs are fulfilledEnsuring all records are accurate and up to date, including upkeep of risk assessments, COSHH assessments, Safe Systems of Work and Manual Handling Riskassessments Audit site-based management systems ISO 45001 &14001 to ensure full complianceDevelop and run HSE workshops and meetingsThe HSE Advisor Candidate will have:Proven experience in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environmentMust have Nebosh general certificate or equivalent NVQNebosh environmental or IEMA is preferredAbility to strongly influence various internal stakeholdersExperience of PUWER is advantageousPrevious experience with ISO 45001, 14001 management systemsVacancy Reference: PR/028033Vacancy Owner: Ryan Binnee | ****** | (+44) 1296 326383 | (+44) 7525 277330
