Health & Safety Advisor

Responsibilities include:- Carrying out inductions and briefings with staff in the company - Working with a vairety of clients, attending meetings on the company's behalf and acting as a point of contact.- Providing feedback, coaching and identify training needs as required.- Promoting best culture in terms of health, safety and environmental process- Driving improvements in health, safety and the environment across the business.- Carrying out Accident investigations - undertaking root cause analysis, producing resolutions and ensure corrective action is takenThe Ideal Candidate:-Nebosh general certificate is a baseline requirement for this role-Experience working on rail infrastructure projects (Network Rail)-Previous experience in a role of similar capacity - carrying out root cause investigations, driving H&S improvements, liaising with internal teams-Flexibility to travel across the UK to various sites, work to meet requirements of the tasksThe Package:-Competitve salary (up to £60k depending on experience)-Company vehicle/car allowance-Development opportunities internally for additional certification/development-Cycle to work scheme
