A leading healthcare value consultancy is seeking a Director in Health Economics to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in health economics and a passion for leading high-impact projects within market access.
The consultancy supports a wide range of healthcare providers, aiding the development and commercialisation of healthcare products and services.
What You Will Do: Lead and oversee the development of health economic models, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, for global clients.
Provide senior leadership and strategic guidance on health economics projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Act as the senior point of contact for clients on assigned projects, managing relationships and delivering value throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior health economists, helping to develop their skills and ensure the team's success.
Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, writing proposals, and helping to secure new projects.
Work as part of the leadership team to ensure financial targets and KPIs are met, while driving innovation in the health economics offering.
Enhance the external profile of the practice through publications, presentations, and engagement with stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Who We're Looking For: 7+ years' experience in the Health Economics industry, including extensive experience in developing cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics.
Strong expertise in conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses, alongside developing and interpreting economic models.
Proven experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of complex health economics projects.
Strategic insight and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to the proposal process.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of nurturing talent and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organisational skills.
