Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to work as part of our team at Ward F Neath Port Talbot Hopsital.Ward F is a 21 bedded Acute Inpatient assessment ward based in Neath Port Talbot hospital.
We care for both male and female patients primarily between the ages of 18-64 sufferring from Acute Mental Illness.
We are the single point of admission ward for the Health Board.We value working as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team and this will include the successful applicant.

Main duties of the job To contribute to the development of those accessing continuing healthcare ensuring a holistic delivery of care and services which are coherent and consistently applied.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
