Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a 3 Health Care Assistants (Band 2) to join the Intermediate Care Team based at East Riding Community Bedded Unit within East Riding Community Hospital.
The Intermediate Care service operates across Hull and East Riding providing care for patients requiring rehabilitation either in a community bedded unit or own home.Working in an active therapy and rehabilitation unit will give you the opportunity to look after patient requiring level 4 rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation and also patients receiving end of life care.The unit is covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We provide a range of shift such early, late, long day and night shifts.
