At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.
We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.
Our client 20years old young man, live with his mum and sister, has diagnosed with hypoxic brain injury secondary to a cardiac arrest when he was 9 months old.
Due to his condition, he requires tracheostomy and 24hr ventilation via Nippy 4.
He is nil by by mouth, have a Nasogastric tube in situ for all his nutrition and medication needs.
10-hour shifts days 9am to 7pm are available.
Clinical Interventions: Young Adult PEG-feeding Tracheostomy/Ventilation Location: Aylesbury Required minimum 3 months of previous Tracheostomy care experience is preferable however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates.
Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including: Tracheostomy care Invasive and non-invasive ventilation Airway suctioning Cough assist.
Autonomic Dysreflexia Oxygen therapy and monitoring Bowel management Enteral feeding Epilepsy and seizure management Catheter care Complex medication administration Behaviours which challenge Complex moving and positioning.

No mandatory uniform requirements What HFH offers: Hourly pay rates range between £14 - 17.93 p/hr*.
Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes.
The average shift is duration 12hrs.
Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk*.
The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*.
We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status.
This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax.
PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
*Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
