Beluga rox have an opportunity for a Health care support worker to work in a 44 bedded Residential dementia care home in Northwich, rated good by the cqc this role is perfect if your looking for full-time Days with a company who really care for the residents and staff.
As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times.
You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
