This is a substantive role that will take place across Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland, across 8 different Neighbourhoods.THERE ARE VACANCIES WITHIN ALL OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAMS FOR BOTH ADULT AND OLDER ADULTS, area's are;South Leicestershire- Cedar Centre, Adult, - Neville Centre, MHSOPBlaby and Lutterworth- Base TBC .City West- Braunstone Health and Social Care Centre adult and MHSOPCity East- Maidstone centre adult, - Merlyn Vaz MHSOPWest Leicestershire- Adult, Orchard Resource Centre, MHSOP- Hynca LodgeNorth West Leicestershire- Hawthorne Centre- adult and MHSOPCharnwood- Loughborough Hospital Adult and MHSOPMelton- Melton Mowbray Hospital adult and MHSOP.Unscheduled Care Service - Neville Centre, LGH.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will besupporting clients/service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing, undertaking specified and delegated clinical and therapeutic activities under the supervision of healthcare professionals, in addition toassisting the healthcare team with the planning, organising and provision of clinical care.The post holder will also be tasked withensuring high standards are maintained in a safe environment, which promotes equality and sensitivity for all individuals, assisting Registered Professionals in the implementation and evaluation of individualised care plans and accurately recording patient information, providingsupport and supervision to other colleagues and learners as appropriate.For further detail into the duties and responsibilities that will be expected in this role, please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification.
