Health and Safety Trainer | Midlands training facilities and UK wide client site | Full Time | Up to £40,000 - £50,000 negotiable depending on experienceOur client has been operating since 1984 and depicts quality and drive in ensuring its health & safety training services are delivered to the highest standard and understood by all who attend.

Their courses receive high customer satisfaction ratings and are amongst the best in the marketplace, delivered by a team of passionate, professional, adaptable trainers.Their very reason to be is to deliver training where delegates receive not just the certificate, but also the skills and self-assurance to make a difference in their chosen vocation.The Role:Our client is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Trainer to deliver a range of training courses, including NEBOSH programmes, to blue-chip clients across the UK.
You will deliver training either at client training centres in the Midlands, remotely via Teams or Zoom, or on client sites.This role requires engaging with a diverse range of clients and candidates, each with varying learning styles, and adapting your delivery to ensure effective, paced training.
As the company expands, we are looking for a passionate, experienced professional with the expertise to meet our high standards.The ideal candidate will have significant Health and Safety experience and an appropriate training qualification.
The role also requires frequent travel to clients' UK-wide locations, as delivery at prestigious client sites is a key aspect of the position.Are you the right person for the job?Significant experience in the Health and Safety fieldAppropriate training qualificationsExcellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships at all levelsFlexibility to work with an ability and willingness to travelGood computer skills – specifically MS suite of applicationsWhat will your role look like?Professional delivery of all general and specific health and safety courses to include IOSH and preferably NEBOSH tooDevelopment and design of new health and safety courses to reflect new changes in legislationTo portray a professional company image to all customersTo assist and cooperate with colleagues to ensure a professional service through collaboration and the sharing of informationThis role reports to DirectorWhat can you expect in return?Company PensionLaptopCompany CarWhat's next?
