Health and Safety Specialist (Safe Systems of Work & Evotix Training Coordinator) Location: Silverstone Contract Type: Contract (2-3 months) Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to support the creation of safe systems of work and provide training organisation using Evotix at our Silverstone site.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in health and safety, with a focus on risk assessment, safe systems of work, and digital training platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and document comprehensive safe systems of work across various operational areas.
Organise and coordinate health and safety training programmes using the Evotix platform.
Conduct detailed risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Provide expert advice on health and safety matters and help foster a safety-first culture.
Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum Health and Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) to demonstrate competence in writing risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Experience with Evotix or similar health and safety training platforms.
Proven track record in developing and implementing safe systems of work.
Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation and best practices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience: Previous experience in training coordination within a high-risk or industrial environment.
Knowledge of digital health and safety management systems.
